1. Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to terms and conditions. Prices may vary or be changed by Shire Furniture at any time without any given notice. If you find a cheaper advertised price, please email us with the details of the supplier and prices and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price. The purchase price does not include delivery or any other services.
2. Ordering and Purchase
We aim to have all stock available in our warehouse at all times. However,
stock can run out at times due to strong demand. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02 9526 8854 prior to purchasing so our staff can confirm stock availability for you.
Photos on our website are for illustration purposes only and may slightly vary from the true colour. All items may slightly vary from batch to batch and any variations in the colour of timber furniture are natural and can be expected. Shire Furniture cannot be held responsible for any colour variations.
While all care is taken Shire Furniture in not responsible for any errors or omissions on the website.

3. Cancellation/Refund Policy
offer a 7 days exchange return policy, subject to customer paying freight costs each way, and subject to goods being returned in brand new condition. Please note that we do not refund or exchange an item if you change your mind. Any defective scratched, marked or damaged goods will not be accepted by Shire Furniture. We have a no refund policy; you will be issued with a credit note.
Custom made or Australian made orders specially made for a customer cannot be cancelled or returned.
4. Delivery and Warranty
Shire Furniture is supplying goods to all over Australia. We deliver interstate and locally, and will service any area in Australia. We are using contractors specialising in online deliveries. Please email or call us to obtain the best quote for your delivery.
In the event of a faulty part or product, we require the part or product to be sent back to us for examination and testing we will replace or repair any item when
the manufacturer is at fault.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Goods are to be returned in original packaging.
We are not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods in transit but we will assist the costumer with any shipping issues.
Most imported products have a maximum warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase. Custom made or Australian made products carry a warranty of 10 years. Please call our office for more warranty information on our products.
